"Say It Loud supported me tremendously after I was attacked, I will forever be grateful for the kindness and support I received from Say it Loud. Last week I attended my rape trial, it was the most difficult experience of my life post attack. But I just wanted to let you know that the perpetartor was found guilty and will be sentenced in September. I know this outcome is very rare and at one point it looked like it wouldn't happen. But that 3 year fight was worth it in the end. Thank you so much for everything. I will forever appreciate what you did for me and it's important that you know the difference you make on a daily basis."

"Say it Loud helped me to make sense of my SA and the trauma responses I was experiencing, they gave me the tools to articulate what happened and empowered me to seek help by making me feel validated and less alone at a time when I thought I was broken beyond repair. Can never thank the team enough for getting my life back on track!"
